Here is a complete juice bar and ice cream shop menu you can start from: seven sections, around fifty items, each with the range small and mid-sized shops in Indian cities commonly charge in 2026. Fruit rates swing with the season and the city, so the ranges are wide on purpose. Read the section on sizes before you copy a number — it is the difference between a menu with fifty lines and one with a hundred and fifty.

How to price sizes
Sell each drink in two or three sizes, and let the bigger one cost a little less per millilitre. People who would have bought small on a printed card take the large one when the difference is visible next to it, and it costs you a few rupees of fruit.
Keep one list of drinks and give each its sizes as options, instead of writing every size as its own line. A hundred and fifty lines of "orange small", "orange medium" and "orange large" is a menu nobody reads in a queue.
Price in whole tens where you can. At a counter in the heat, nobody wants change from ₹47.
How to arrange it so it sells
- Six to eight sections, forty to fifty items. More than that and people order the one thing they already know.
- Fresh juice first, desserts second. Most people walk in for a juice; the dessert is the second sale.
- Photographs on the colourful ones. A glass of colour sells itself; a list of fruit names does not.
- Take things off when the fruit is gone. A mango shake that finished at four should not be on the menu at five.
- Hide what is out of season. Bring it back next year with its photograph and price intact.
- Mark three or four best sellers. The queue copies the person at the front.

How many items should a juice shop menu have?
Forty to fifty items in six to eight sections suits most juice bars and ice cream parlours. Give each drink its sizes as options instead of a line per size, and the list stays short enough to read while standing in a queue.
What is a normal price for orange juice at a juice shop?
In 2026 most small and mid-sized juice shops in Indian cities charge somewhere between ₹60 and ₹120 for a glass of fresh orange juice, depending on size, season and city. Price yours from your own fruit cost and the shops near you.
How do I show small, medium and large on a menu?
Add the sizes as options on each drink, each with its own price. The menu shows the lowest as "from", and the customer picks the size when they order.
Can customers order without tables?
Yes. The counter QR asks for a name instead of a table number, and the order reaches your screen under that name, which is what you call out when it is ready.
Can I put this menu on a QR code for free?
You can build it and see it on a phone in the free QR menu generator without an account. Saving it and getting QR codes starts a 30-day free trial with no card.
