QR code menus for cafes
A cafe menu is thirty drinks whose names do not distinguish them. Cold coffee, cold brew, frappe, shake — a diner who cannot picture the difference orders the one they already know, every time.

Every drink sounds like the last one
This is the cafe problem in one line. A photograph is the difference between a diner scrolling past an item and ordering it, and it is worth the most on exactly the drinks that a name cannot explain. Twenty photographs taken on a phone by a window will out-sell any amount of menu copywriting.
The menu changes every few weeks
Seasonal drinks, a new bake, a supplier change. On printed cards that is a reprint each time, so most cafes simply stop updating and the card slowly stops matching the counter. Editing an item takes seconds and is live on every table at once.
Half the counter is gone by evening
Bakes and sandwiches run out at different times of day. Mark an item out of stock from your phone and it greys out immediately, so nobody orders the thing that finished an hour ago.
Your customers are already on their phones
A cafe crowd does not need to be taught to scan anything. They photograph the drink before they taste it — which is also why what the menu looks like matters more here than anywhere else.
Setting it up
- One QR on each table, and one at the counter for takeaway cups.
- Categories the way you say them: Hot, Cold, Bakes, Food. Not "beverages".
- Photograph the drinks first, food second. Drinks are what people cannot tell apart.
Most places are running within half an hour. The free trial has everything switched on, so you can put it through one real service before deciding anything.
What it costs
Every plan carries the whole menu — unlimited dishes, photographs, Gujarati and Hindi. What changes higher up is what diners can do: call a waiter, see a dish in 3D and AR, order from the table. Every restaurant starts on a free trial with everything switched on, so you can see the difference before you choose.
Prices are per restaurant, per month. There is no charge per order and no commission on what you sell.
Questions restaurant owners ask
We change the menu every few weeks. Is that a problem?
It is the reason to use it. Add, rename, reprice or hide an item and it is live on every table at once. The codes on the tables never change, so nothing is reprinted.
Can customers order from the table, or only browse?
Either. Turn ordering on and the order reaches your counter screen with the table number on it, which matters most when there is one person on the machine and a queue. Turn it off and the QR is a menu and nothing more.
Do we need photographs of everything to start?
No, and you should not wait. Put the menu up with names and prices today and add photographs a few at a time. Waiting until everything is photographed is the most common reason a cafe never starts.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The menu opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. They point the camera at the QR code on the table, the menu loads, and that is the whole thing — nothing to install, nothing to sign in to.
Can the menu be in Gujarati?
Yes. Every dish can carry a Gujarati and a Hindi name, description and price alongside the English one, and diners read whichever they choose. You fill in what you want translated; anything left blank falls back to English.
What happens when I change a price?
It changes on every table at once. There is no reprinting and no sticker over the old price — you edit the item in your dashboard and the next diner to scan sees the new one.
